Reports that take into account all issue tickets, user behavior across different demographics, feature and event usage, and other information we currently track - formatted in a consulting report style sent out as a PDF via email or accessible in the Dashboard.

Cohort retention charts with added information about what happened to the people who dropped off for specific stages of the cohort chart.
